Books made from paper can recycle. Electronics? not so easy. Our little town takes tvs, computers, etc to "recycle" but so far it looks like that means they sit in a sad, deserted pile of forgotten technology in their own area of the landfill.
Sorry to rant on. There was also a very funny video making the rounds on the internet. It was a commercial parody of the Kindle. In the end with the extras Roger mentioned, the family was actually viewing a video.

Loved the chance to vent...and there's a little snow here, too.
