Have you considered creating a set of supply units that contain the sort of eqt that the Allies sent via Murmansk (a few to Archangel)..... say 1 arrival per every 3 months that followed the pattern of the actual shipments....Russian player would then disband and get the eqt contained in the unit....... one could then (if the Germans capture Murmansk) perhaps have a chance to see how crippled the Russian mobile units would be with the 22,00 aircraft, 375,000 trucks, etc.. not arriving.... if you have any interest I could work up a history for you...... obviously one would have to delete or combine some of the Russian units to make space for these....
