What's the status on this same question now almost three months later?

How far has testing (or any game really) gone?

I've had a game as Germans, that ended with the Soviet player giving up after what apparently was a decisive break through towards Moscow at around turn 22.
At the same time I was playing as Soviet vs another player, in a game that was heading somewhere in the same direction. With a big gaping hole in my front west of Bryansk. We were putting out a new version so we stopped that game as well.

In v3.8 I'm currently in a game as Soviet vs yet a third person. Currently there are no fighting because of the fall "Rasputitsa" in October, and I'm using the break to rearrange my units into neatly grouped formations.
There haven't been any breakthroughs, just a slow flexible withdrawal from my part, with only a few units even surrounded (largest ammount was when Odessa-garrison surrendered). All in all it's looking very good for a coming winter offensive for my part.

Front Overview
