Propusnah sabotnia report 6toto do dnes nqmah net. Sedmicata mina normalno, 4uvstvah se po-silen i svej otkolkoto prednite dve sedmici. Tqgata mi dava nai-mnogo zor. Interesnoto e, 4e i prez trite sedmici vdigah po-lesno v 4etvartata trenirovka s 85%, otkolkoto prez vtorata s 80%.Kleka ve4e se koncentriram i go pravia na 100% bez kompromisi. Imam leki bolki v kolenete kogato klqkam bez tejest izvan trenirovkata i si kupih lasti4ni nakolenki i s tqh mai klqkam po-lesno. Nali s tqh nqma kofti efekt kato pri kolana za krust naprimer?Tezi zasega leki bolki,po-skoro use6tania, nali ne sa predvestnik na ne6to nepriatno za karierata mi v triboia?
Sled malko otivam da potancuvam na 4:1:)
