It has been 5 months already and they keep on sending reminder letters to us.. nevertheless, they did not issue lawyer letters to us. We can't be bother by the letters. Another scam company from the same group of members from Global Interval Consultancy (GIC) Pte Ltd which had just closed down and run away. Those who signed with them to sell your timeshares, beware on the contract term... They are cheating you and will not refund any money even you ask to terminate the contract. They will close the company before the contract expired... and run away with your hard-earned money. They will only refund you 50% of the Admin fees ($50) and in the contract, never mention the legal fees or what you really paid... Dont't get conned by them... They have setup all the traps for us to fall into if you are not cautios enough! This stupid group of money suckers will end up in jail...or pay for their retribution one day... I have already paid them (LGM) more than $3K and got quite a shock when i was informed that it is a scam.. so now i don't know what to do.. my actual timeshare company is already chasing me for the maintenance fee for this year (which i supposed to pay last year).
