call up your nearest community centre to ask if they provide free legal clinic service

there is the limitation act, which generally limits action to issues within 6 years

i'm no lawyer, but that generally means that a company cannot pursue u after 6 years...

They are just trying to cultivate the inherent fear in people who are desperate to find a solution to their predicament. These people are mostly ex-Timeshare consultants who understand the loopholes.
