Forget it... those so-called resale companies are very likely operated by a group of blood suckers. There may be a syndicate up there setting up all these companies with different names and business styles but utimately they are from the same group of people (under the same company shareholders - can be also different runners from this syndicate) BEWARE - GIC - Global Interval Cosultancy - hiding behind as business management company and claimed with potential buyers from China & indonesia corporations to buy your timeshares with a premium price, is the same as the company - RIC - Realty Consortium International - uses realty property/apprisal/valuation to hide their scam biz... all from the same group of members - if you care to check the company profile. You folks should spend some time and effort to understand the background of the company before meeting up with them.... be smart next time! My advise is: DO NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENT or CONTRACT WITHOUT GETTING YOUR LEGAL ADVISE FIRST - Always tell them to print a copy to review with your own lawyer nefore you actually sign the documents - Best Still - Do not meet up with them at all - it's just a waste of your time and ended up with more frustrations.... All the agreement contracts are drafted unfairly to their advantage if you are careful - you will note be able to get back your refund at all.
