A contract is a binding agreement between 2 parties, if there is no third party clause (which timeshare contract normally don't have), no one can take over the agreement and sue you, which also means what Global Euro is doing is nothing but a hoax.. Think again, if WRI can transfer their rights to Global Euro without your knowledge, then you can also claim that you have transfer your membership to someone in ethopia without their approval. wahaha... ...
