Let me explain. Your timeshare has no value simply because the same membership is sold to different people by the same marketing company at different prices. So, how to value it? In Singapore and all over the world people are being conned by timeshare resellers who promise to sell your timeshare by exacting an upfront fee and later reneging on their promises. Most of these timeshare resellers are also in cahoots with timeshare marketing companies and will also sell your personal particulars to them for a fee. That is why many victims are besieged with calls from many unknown people who will attempt to introduce u to new memberships and give u an attractive offer for trade-ins. One of the popular ones these days seem to be a membership with no Maintenance Fees and promises a Cashback after a term. This is all a farce as many unsuspecting victims have found out to their dismay. So don't fall into the trap. If u don't want to use your timeshare membership and don't want to keep paying your annual maintenance fees which will be going up and up without control just throw your certificates into the rubbish bin. This will save u a lot of trouble. Best regards. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
