Like all outfits (I think so) in this trade they asked for advanced payment for commission/registration fee or whatever they call it which I refused to obliged and so no deal was made. They were unable to produce any track record of successful rental made and money received by their clients. All they did was to paint a rosy picture of how much money I can made by renting out my week and then asking for money. I think all they want is getting money from unsuspecting victims.
