If you are asked to pay any form of up-front fees for the resale of your timeshare, stay away from them.

You are right! Never trust any company that tells u they can sell your timeshare for u. Most of them are in cahoots with timeshare marketing and don't be surprised if u receive a call from some marketing companies telling u about a wonderful new offer that has no maintenance fees and a cashback! The fact is there is no fixed price for timeshare membership. So how much to offer u? Think.
