They are operating in the grey areas of the law. That is why they still here today. They are neither ethically legal or illegal. The best part is, they even dope their own employees.
More could be done to make it more difficult for such companies to function. For example : The cooling off period should be extended to 14 days. Create public awareness and education about such companies of their ill practices.
