] Date Posted: Thu, May 17 2007, 4:22:14 i went to a Company last week cause my cousin told me that they are able to terminate my timeshare from ERI. so i went down to the place and paid a amount of money for them to terminate. although it burns a big hold in my pocket, but i'm relieve that when i call up ERI this morning, they say my contract with HCAP is successfully terminated... but the saddest thing is... i didn't manage to get anything back from all the amount i pay and pay termination fee... but at lease it's terminated and i'm safe from now... just a suggestion to all who wanna terminate... but the most important thing is don't believe in RESALE cause if resale is that easy no one will post at ebay for only USD1 for a timeshare in disney... i'm being conned twice by resale company... but at lease get rid and wash my hands off everything now >.< *still very heart pain about the money* anyone wanna ask can email me at vampire_eve@hanmail.net will try my best to see if i can give any suggestion because we're all in the same boat >.
