] Date Posted: Mon, May 21 2007, 0:51:23 After being bitten by timeshare scam and many other hours of listening to holidayshare presentation, I have come to the conclusion that freebies from telemarketers about winning $$, holiday trips, gadgets etc are too good to be true. If I had won $$$ in some random pick, they can just sent me the cheque with no questions ask. Beware where you leave your name, address and phone number. Especially at big consumer events where they ask you to fill coupons for the event's lucky draw. For all you know your details have been sold to holiday share companies, gym and direct marketers companies for them to call and sell you memberships by saying, "You have been selected especially to receive a complimentary ..." So beware. Use bogus names on these so that you would know where they got your details. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
