CASE has it's limitations and is saddle with many cases of people seeking refunds. It takes a sometime if they can help you recoup your money after studying your case. Hope you get your refund and be very careful the next time especially when an offer is too good to be true.

Yes, i know of several people whom CASE has helped under the CPFTA to get timeshare companies to refund the money collected. Go to CASE as your first line of support. You will be surprised how much they can do for you. If that does not work email me at hphempra@singnet.com.sg and i will advice you what to do. Regards.
