Have a written notice for the company, make them sign on it as acknowledgement, keep a copy for yourself... and go to CASE about this. DON'T LISTEN TO THEIR CRAP!! And don sign anything thing anymore.... and don allow them to drag your concellation. Date Posted: Tue, Aug 02 2005, 22:59:07 Inform them IMMEDIATELY to cancel the contract, either by registered post or you bring it down personally and get them to acknowledge. You don't have to give them any reason whatsoever, just need to tell them you don't want it anymore. If they refuse, you can go to CASE, they can definitely help you if it is still within the cooling off period of 3 days. As for the credit card payment, if they have credit the payment, you have the right to get it back from them, of course minus whatever termination fee there is.
