You don't have to give them any reason whatsoever, just need to tell them you don't want it anymore. If they refuse, you can go to CASE, they can definitely help you if it is still within the cooling off period of 3 days. As for the credit card payment, if they have credit the payment, you have the right to get it back from them, of course minus whatever termination fee there is.
