Hey Gandalf, what on earth are you babbling about? Why are u confusing pple here with analogies between buses\mrt\schools and timeshare? Why do you think Singaporeans have misconceptions about timeshare in the first place? Surely it has to do with what the seller projected to the buyers using whatever tactics isn't it?

I totally agree with what Gandalf is saying. Rashid, im not trying to be a smart alex here but try to think of it and do your research. Why TIMESHARING is selling like hotcakes in the west and MALAYSIA?? I'll give you one eg. U ever heard about Berjaya Timeshare which i doubt you have. Why are the members are happy with their TIMESHARE?? There's no qualms bout it. They also signed on the dotted line like other TIMESHARE members did in Singapore.

TIMESHARE is good if you know what you are buying and how to use it. My aunt owns Berjaya Timeshare and she's happy with it. But we cant please the masses can we? Do you know that HYATT are doing TIMESHARE as well Rashid??

I'm not asking you to agree with what i'm saying but try to get in touch with a Berjaya Timeshare members and they will tell you every single detail bout it. Try to go to Johor for shopping at any of the shopping malls and you'll be surprise to see that they are selling Berjaya Timeshare in the open.
