For consumer who do not have internet assess or are not internet-savvy, they can: - Proceed to DP Service Bureau at International Plaza #05-17, to pay about S$5.00 for the profile to be printed. Please proceed to The Multi-Door Courthouse to lodge your complaint. The department is located at: - 1st Level, Subordinate Courts 1 Havelock Square Singapore 059724 You'll be required to produce the company's profile, supporting documents and identity card when lodging a complaint with either one of the departments.
