Hi. I am a victim too. Would like to seek opinions or any ways I can terminate my membership.

Do i just stop paying or need to get a lawyer?

Hi ppl,

I've just popped by CASE today and was advised by the officer as what Law had mentioned.

Basically what CASE can do is only write in to ERI on your behalf, and according to them the chances of getting the termination is very slim, don't even think of getting any refund.

Can anyone give any other suggestions or advice?
