Basically what CASE can do is only write in to ERI on your behalf, and according to them the chances of getting the termination is very slim, don't even think of getting any refund. Date Posted: Fri, May 05 2006, 10:40:50 Cliff/Patrick The main purpose to either see CASE or lawyers is to have your contracts voided with/without refund before you are served with writ of summons which can make matters more complicated to resolve.
