I paid $750 thinking that it would be refunded if no successful purchase was made but later found out that the contract stated that it would not be refundable once an interested buyer was found! Didn't matter whether the sale went through or not. I'm going to write to Vanasia to demand a refund, failing which CASE is the next step. Please keep me informed of your progress.
