I have actually stopped payment 2 years ago but was shocked to received a demand letter recently from the resort that I have to pay outfront the outstanding and late payment charges, if I don't pay, they can take legal action against me. This demand letter is from the resort itself, not the timeshare company that sold me this membership because the company was closed down already. Please advise what should I do then? I'm so worried now as the fees is very high. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
