I got the letter that we signed on to agree to cancel the contract and recently I got a telephone call from another company said that the previous company(World Resorts International Pte Ltd) that I had talked to has closed down overnight, and taking-over company didn't have any letter from the previous company(World Resorts International Pte Ltd) to prove that I have already cancelled the contract. The timesharing company(World Resorts International Pte Ltd) that I had previously talked to in agreeing and I had the letter to approve that I had already cancelled the contract is World Resorts International Pte Ltd, located at 33C Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088456.
