] Date Posted: Fri, Apr 08 2005, 14:39:26 Hi, I was on vacation in Phuket in 2002 when I made a decision (the wrong one I guess) to buy a membership with QVC Phuket, part of Whitebay International. As usual they promised many things including free nights and full refund of my investment. When I got my Reclaim certificate, imagine my shock when the Reclaim certificate state that whether or not I get paid 51 months down the road is dependent on (1) whether I will remember to claim the amount after 51 months, (2) if there is money in the fund, (3) the money will be invested by their "professional fund managers", (4) I will have to end up paying all sort of money transfer fees, etc. Have anyone tried to claim their investment and were you successful?
