A late reply to your message, but there are many drugs available for nausea due to Chemo. Not sure what your wife was prescribed but $1300 for 20 pills is outrageous. Ask for a generic drug that can do the same thing for much less- such as Phenergan or Compazine- my husband takes Phenergan 25 mg. every 4-6 hours for Chemo induced nausea and it's very inexpensive. Always ask for the generic equivalent and stay informed about what drugs are avaialable for the side effects of Chemotherapy.
