television, the 70s and hairspray.
Today there are many shows from the 70s on the tube. Theyre on late night between other old or new shows;sex in the city- odd couple -alli mcbeil.
.Also theyre on with their stars talking about the days when they made the shows..a 55 yr old woman talking about her career 30 yrs ago as the daughter on the partridge family. while we see the episodes shes talking about.
And finally my fav is the entire lineup,
you see the very same shows commercials ads everything as it was on saturday night october 11 1971.Its 3 hours of going back in time.The commercials are also funny.hairspray for men etc
What was your favorite show if youre from my generation..bildersee 72 south shore 75 group
show name, and do you remember the lineup?

got in the mail the whole collection of bewitched from the 60s. and 70s . I mean every episode ever made . Started to watch 1 or 2 then got into it and spent about 4 days goin thru the entire collection. Now i feel i miss samantha and darren .You kinda grow attached to them with such intensive viewing. Has this ever happened to you? My sis fell in love with mannix after receiving as gift the entire mannix collection.
She then began googling the characters because she needed her FIX. The shows from the 70s were wonderful abd SHARED . Everybody watched the same thing at same time . Nowadays its 200 channels and good stuff everywhere plus internet cable and playstation.
anybody care to comment?
Im downloading now with emule the entire collection of ROOM 222. I guess ill be in love with that young teacher after i see 20 episodes back to back. whats her name? something valentine?

At 13 i was preparing the BAT mitsvah
stress was a something you put on a syllable not in your kids minds about their exams.
pressure was in my bike tire not on me
and finally we just enjoyed being kids

I visited my ol house in summer 07 with ol friend glen braunstein. we knocked and were invited inside by the haitian family.
freaky feelings to look out that window to see the backyard again..
weirder still was that as i entered they were watching the odd couple on nick..
I would like to buy back my old house one day if possible.
Israelis moving in like mad on 80th near faragut..

The thing is i realize that the shows i watched were with actors who were younger than i am NOW. Johnny Carson was 46 when i was in 10th at south shore. i was on late session 12-5 and stayin up late to see JC till 1 am
He was only 46 and i was 15 or 16.
Now im 51 and he stopped tonight showing almost 16 years ago and he died 3 years ago.
Mary tyler moore whom i loved was only 38 when the MTM show was numero 1 and i was in 9th grade.
When youre older than samantha and even darren you gota stop and think about it...

hello im isaac bildersee . i was born way before and died before you all entered my building.I remember when I was clean new and the ribbon was cut in a new jewish italian neighborhood.
I recall the models of the planets being stuck into place near my entrance.
The wax on my gym floor. The enthusiasm as my first class entered thinking about their futures.High school graduation would be in 7 years.
Wheredya all go?

there are alot of folks out there who want copies of old yearbooks but donno where to turn
others have it but donno how to copy.scanner in house takes forever.well. just go to and copy center and they can profesionally scan in color every face and give you the disc or on paper..kikos or fedex can do it. jersey mall long island mall miami coral springs mall even kings plaza can do it altho id b careful there.ghosts are everywhere from the 70s

canarsie is again changing as century 21 realestate in tela aviv starts selling homes there to israelis and russian israelis ..near bildersee the plaza and georgetown shopping yenta..My cousin says that the israelis WANT CANARSIE for its size shape and layout. Who knows.???
maybe mr reiser will return with binder darvin selzer. btw
i found many x teachers online. Most only taught a few yrs then got married or became lawyers or brokers .
seems weird cause we like to believe they still are there in the school..
