How about everything. Starting with the captain.
Archer is the George W of Star Trek captains. There's not a single interesting character on board that ship. As far as I'm concerned they can all be red shirts.

Who'd pair any of these people up? There is absolutely
no chemistry of any kind happening between any of them.
