There was this guy in rather funky clothing--the first time I saw him, he was wearing black pants, a white shirt, and a purple jacket, and then the second time a variety of oranges--really strange looking sort of guy. He just kept appearing on stages and the dances he did--completely off the wall, a flurry of movement sort of dance--looked very awkward and odd, but you could tell he has having a blast. Well, it turns out this guy is a regular at festivals and shows here in the U.S. He started by going to festivals in his home of St. Louis and once poeple started recognizing him (not a difficult thing to do), they'd ask him up on stage. Now bands everywhere know him and if he shows up on stage with them, they just play along. He's been asked to introduce bands at various festivals and even be featured at major parties. Funny how these things work out. What a strange, but fortunate, man.
