The first site I entered was http://www.crossword-compiler.com/ (for crosswords), and I really enjoyed it, mainly because I love doing crosswords (that’s the reason why I chose to go to this site first). I used to by them in English all the time, and they really helped me increase my vocabulary.
The second site I visited was http://www.kidsdomain.com/down/pc/hang2000.html (Hangman game), and besides being funny, it’s a great way to entertain yourself if you are bored. And it’s a very good way to learn new words, or if you are a teacher, to do it with your students. As you can see, I love doing games, and I think that they are an efficient way of learning and improving a new language.
The third site I visited was http://www.kidsdomain.com/clip/index.html, and I think this is an excellent material to use in class.
And the last site I visited was http://www.funbrain.com/ , and it’s a well organized site, divided into different categories, helping you decide which way you should go. The games are very funny and they are good for children since they learn new things.
So, for those who love to see movies (like I do), the site that I recommend is http://movies.go.com/. It’s an excellent guide, with lots of information about the newest movies, and DVD releases.
