GREAT ROOM... it's a double, so not only do you have your own bedroom, but you also have YOUR OWN BATHROOM. There are lots of appliances/ utensils in the kitchen already, so you won't have to worry about bringing those. The common room is really cute! I have the best roomate ever, so you'll have a cool roomate too. I'll throw in my parking permit for the nearby garage. And, of course, washer/dryer is included.
