As a recent graduate, I'm looking for a female student who is interested in leasing a 1 bed/bath, within a 2x2 apt. (Building 3) in the Courtyards for the months of May, June, and July. Rent for the month of May is FREE! Apt. is already furnished, all utilities included, washer and dryer in the apartment, free parking, free use of pool and exercise room, and you can use Courtyards shuttle to get around as well!
