Courtyards Building 5 � right in front of shuttle stop
Huge apartment (much bigger than commons) w/ balcony!
Clean apartment � newly carpeted
Have your own bathroom
Free parking right in front of the building
Gym in the clubhouse � no need to go to the CRC
Move-in date negotiable
Monthly rent $595 -- willing to go as low as $500/month ($1000 for June/July)
