You just told me to tone down on my beliefs... then you went on to proclaim your own beliefs. Learn how to spell, and learn to respect those superior to you in knowledge. And just because I'm liberal CERTAINLY doesn't make me a "sissy"... Question! What is the difference between a Patriot, a Republican and a Nationalist? I could have sworn they're all similiar...

Speaking of which, the other day, someone called me a "Dirty Rom" and said that it is "their country" and I should "get out" because my mother is from Romania. Some fat ginger kid in my class said it to me. Now, he is GINGER, so I assume someone in his family comes from Norway perhaps. I really hate all these people in England (this is where I live) who think they're all patriotic saying racist comments. They're only saying it because I am white and I have eastern-european lineage. I bet you he wouldn't dare say to a black person "Go back to the Carribean", because he'd blatantly get arrested. But just because I look and sound British, why should it make a difference? I would report it, but all that would happen is a slap on the wrist for him and that's it. Ah well, I've only got 1 year left in Secondary School, then I'm off to College and I won't have to see SCUM like that where I am going.

Anyway, notice how America has wars with countries that has lots of rich oil (Russia, Iraq). That was really messed up dropping bombs on Iraqi children. And he had the f - ing cheek to say "God told me to do it!". Speaking of which, I am atheist and I despise monotheistic religions. They're all like "God is big, you are small, you will be punished, any 'non-believers' are bad" etc.

Just to say, I am a Radiohead Fan! I love OK Computer and The Bends. Airbag, Paranoid Android, Karma Police, Black Star and Street Spirit [Fade Out] are my favourite tracks. Nice site by the way, I love the Rants section - it's the sort of thing I would do if I had a personal website - "There's nothing wrong with a good rant!".

Here I am, returning to this site hours later because your forums decided to stop working. I'm posting this thread to see if we, the people, can inspire the powers that make this website to `inspire' a top ten list or two based on our ideas. I just fumbled my way to this site today randomly and it seems very interesting. All of the writers seem well versed in comedy and entertainment. But I gather from the updates on the second page (the one with the pissed squirrel (its not a chipmunk folks) that this site is maintained rather spiratically, so Im not sure how often you add things such as top ten lists. To get to my point, I have a few ideas to start of this thread. Id be very interested in reading a top ten list based on international cities you'd like to live in, the ten best video games, the ten best or most talented movie stars (a rather difficult list to assemble, I presume, since the creator of this site seems to be an action film fanboy), the ten best places on the internet to visit, and-or the ten best love songs to play for your "other" (that one is for my musically-declinative boyfriend). Since the creator of a thread in the bbs I am accustomed to is expected to mediate that thread, I will step out on a limb and assume I may ask the readers of this thread to reply with responses to the top ten lists on this site with their own lists, and offer ideas to this sites creators regarding top ten lists theyd like to see published as well. You know what I'm tired of? I'm tired of these superficial people off of friendster and myspace (present compant excluded). I mean these two websites are a great way to meet new people and to share ideas and music and to just be able to communicate. Communication is the key to exsistence and evolution. But I find all these people on the sites that are so fuckin stuck on themselves. Is it just my dumb luck, or is it just a common trend that seems to be the norm lately. I'm leaning toward the latter of the two. These 'scenes' are nothing more than the clicks in high school that I thought we could grow out of. Obviously not I guess. It's like if you're not in a certain persons scene or click they don't want anything to do with you. What ever happened to diversity? What happened to being friends? I have this funny feeling in the pit of my stomach that this trend is going to continue for a long time. These people are what's wrong with America. Let's wake up.

People feel the urge to belong. They're social creatures. It's part of our psychological make-up. As long as we're humans being a part of a certain group or "clique" is going to stick with us....whether we're 5 years old, 20, 45, or 80. Shit...I'm sure heaven and hell even have a popular crowd of angels and demons...best to probably just accept it, shake your head, and give an occasional flick of the middle finger to the socially ridiculous.

and by hardcore, do you mean metal? oh man...don't get me started on that! hey, you want something even BETTER to check out....go to makeoutclub.com....hahaha...fucking scenesters...and people tell me I look "emo"! HA!!!

I can understand the longing to belong somewhere. To have friends and companions that you like to be with. But that does NOT excuse any human being to treat any other human being differently. I guess it goes back to what MLK stood for and so many other people before and after him. To just deal with it is kinda like a cop out. I don't wanna be that. Yes, they are socially recockulous, but don't ruin it for the rest of intelligent ones.

By hardcore I mean this new type of I guess you could call it a mix breed of metal and punk and old hardcore. These new bands like Dillinger Escape Plan, From Autumn To Ashes, and countless others (and I do mean countless) are just another wave of scene music as I call it. Just like bling bling rap and candy music like Britney & Christina. And on top of that they kinda suck. I know some people think that Dillinger is the best band ever, but I tend not to think so. Maybe I'm just getting old. It's just my opinion, take no heed or ill will. That's what forums are for right? Speaking ones mind?

FINALLY! A website that I can come to to to fill my shotglass size of a brain with a gallon of knowledge ranging from video games (RATCHET & CLANK RULES!!!!), music (May Buddha bless Tool), and movies (Pulp Fiction, need I say more?) *Sheds a tear* I never thought they day would come.
