I dunno. I guess that might mean that:

1) He's not loving (benevolent).
2) He doesn't will it, and something more powerful is thwarting his wishes (omnipotent).


Of course, that question assumes God's existence in the first place. And I ain't even going there. My solution: make sure my little atheist Kid knows a little karate, in case he gets jumped by Christian Love they way my Husband Unit was when he was a little atheist kid.
