A part if you are really young or new, and have never attended any class of mediumship in UK, I doubt that you will learn anything new there. May be you will find people telling you "You are wonderful. We love you and bless you.
". Okay! that's fine! but do you really need to spend your money to hear that? We can tell you that you are wonderful and not charge you a cent...
