I dont think anyone is suggesting that Alan. We all know that she has moved on and Hafan has to do the same. That means making progress though and its just not doing is it. Look around at what you have and what you allowing to happen to it. By all means let it be a centre of excellence, but it needs excellent people to run it and now all you have are a few employees who stay because they have nowhere else to go. What are you really offering your students in the way of excellence.
