It rather does appear that a number of individuals who are posting, or it could just be one individual using a variety of "names", are suggesting that if JD returns to HYC all of the troubles will stop. In the words of JD herself, "I am a pioneer, and pioneer's go forward not backwards. JD has also made public her good wishes for the continued success of HYC. Everyone should support anyone who wishes HYC well in its efforts to continue to build a centre of excellence.Those "supporters " of JD who have waged a campaign against HYC have revealed an aspect of themselves which is at odds with what they claim to be their belief.
As far as matters legal are concerned that surely is best left to those who are directly involved.
