What a disappointment Alan has turned out to be, Hafan is no more Spiritual now than my local fish and chip shop, the people there now no matter hard they try, are not the people who should be running it, they do not have the Spiritual knowledge or love, it is not too late to save and turn it around Alan, get people in who will give it the love it needs, and not people who are trying to make it a bed and breakfast for drop outs.
The sad thing is that Alan knows the right people who can make it work, it is time for a U turn Alan, out with the old and in with the new.
For a start I would let Lynne run it to begin with, as she is there nearby, then build on that with the right people coming in, or another U turn, ask Jean Duncan back.
