I agree with most of what you have said, I don't have anything bad to say about the people running it now, just that I feel they are out of their depth, I would like to ask Alan, if when he first when to Haven, and meet with the situation that is happening now, low level of tutors, children walking in on lessons, and running about making noise, and that is natural for children to do, not many people attending the place, would he had put his house on the line to put money into Hafan, would he have gone away feeling happy and enlighten,I don't think so, so should it be a surprise to anyone that others who go there feel the same , and go away dissapointed, and instead of telling others to go there, because it is a very good place for spiritual learning, they say the reverse.
Alan you have the power to make the changes that are needed, bring in the people who can make it work, who love the place because it is spiritual, and not for making money, it must be in profit I agree, but don't use the place just for making money, it is too far a wonderful place for that.
You are doing a lot of work on the outside, and I am told it looks great, but the inner person is far more important, and that is why people went there, like you did you the first place, don't let your pride bring the place down,,,,,
