I am so sorry for this late response. My internet company went out of biz and I just found a new one yesterday.

let me say, there are no such things as quick results. If you have quick results, you will have a quick rebound effect as well.

You must resolve that this will be a lifelong event, not something to attempt to achieve in a matter of weeks. With that said, I suggest several things.

1. cardio at least 3 times a week.
2. Strength training at least 3 times a week, with reps in the 15 range.

You also need to eat at least 5 times a day, which would include snacks and do not eat any complex carbs after 5 p.m.

You will also need to cycle your supplements from time to time to keep from adapting to them.

I hope this helps. Leave your email the next time and I will send you an email response to let you know I have responded to your question.

have a great day.
