Here are my credentials and background. I will be brief.

Black belt in Chito Ryu marital arts. Started studying in 1967.

Former powerlifter and AAU competitive body builder in masters division.

Full time personal trainer for 14 years. Certified with the following:

* International Sports Sciences Assn.
* United States Sports Academy
* International School of Fitness & Nutrition
* Formerly certified with National Federation of Professional Trainers
*Currently preparing to return to spring semester to earn bachelors degree in Mind Body Holistic Fitness
* Own and operate the Bluegrass Sports Conditioning Institute for High School Athletes
* Own and operate BioFit Exercise Technologies since 1990
