Subject: Body by Design New Year Transformation

Hopefully you have come here from the Advocare msg. board to see what this is all about. I can promise you, this is a legitimate program and all you have to do is buy all of your Advocare or Beverly International products from me and I will set up your entire 12 week transformation plan free of charge.

Here is what you need to do in order to get this to happen.

1. You will need to contact me via phone to let me know you are ready. In this way we can get all of your products ordered and drop shipped to you immediately.

2. You will need to purchase a minimum of $ 100 of products per four week training phase. This is typically a minimum for most people attempting to transform in a 12 week time frame. I personally know of people who have spent upwards of $1200 in a 12 week time.

3. When each 4 week phase is beginning to start, you will need to call me in order to get your products. If you have become a 20% distributor, you will need to verify to me that you have ordered your products in order to get to the next phase of training and nutriton.

4. When we speak over the phone, you will need to provide me with some specifics such as age, weight, bodyfat percentage ( I can get you a very nice body fat caliper system for about $49 if you would like one of your own), goals, desires, what you have struggled with in the past and why you need to transform, what kind of exercise you do now and in the past. I will also need to know how much time you can commit to this transformation program per week.

This is a very detailed program. Then each week we will get together via email and this message board to go over your results and keep you accountable. I am also available by cell phone for personal consultation that go a bit more in detail. Those sessions will take about 20-30 minutes and I charge $25 which we can take as a credit card.
