And suddenly a shadow fell over him. Hearing a different pace of footsteps, of ones coming closer, the boy blinked groggily and whined, "Don't... please." Seemed like he thought his angry lover had returned to finish him off. Blearily staring up at the form above him, taking in breaths that were mroe like gasps, he coughed out more blood, a line of red tailing along his cheek. He was losing consciousness quickly, and he struggled to stay awake, though it was a losing battle.
