For those of you who didn’t attend Monday night’s meeting, be sure to view the video on the city’s website. At around the one hour five minute mark, Councilman Shakur goes on a rant addressing both the Warden Heights and Varick Peterson Homes situation. He puts on quite a show, but in his simplicity he questions the priorities of the Codes Depatment.
