Many on this current school board are behaving as spoiled children at best and bullies at worst ( maybe criminal-like). The following proposals appear to be saying to all of us residents - "WE ARE IN CONTROL HERE, NOT YOU VOTERS. WE WILL INSURE OUR ADMIN SERVANTS STAY LOYAL TO US."

Every school district tax payer and parent should be turning out for tonight's meeting and stop this and other motions to extend contracts AND RAISE SALARIES for these OVERLY highly paid administrators.

ALL OF THIS AFTER THIS DISTRICT AGAIN FAILS SO MANY OF OUR STUDENTS WITH LOW SCORES. NECSD IS STILL A DISTRICT IN DESPERATE NEED OF HONEST AND ACCOUNTABLE LEADERSHIP.

STOP THIS TONIGHT.

-BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby authorizes its President to sign an Addendum Agreement, dated May 9, 2023, to the Employment Agreement with Michael McLymore as Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources, dated May 10, 2016, as amended, extending Mr. McLymore’s employment for three years, through June 30, 2027.

-BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby authorizes its President to sign an Addendum Agreement, dated May 9, 2023, to the Employment Agreement with Christopher Bayer as Assistant Superintendent for Exceptional Students, dated May 25, 2021, extending Mr. Bayer’s employment for three years, through June 30, 2027.

-BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby authorizes its President to sign an Addendum Agreement, dated May 9, 2023, to the Employment Agreement with Kimberly Rohring, as Assistant Superintendent for Finance/Chief Financial Officer, dated January 11, 2022, increasing Ms. Rohring’s fiscal year base salary by 2.5% each year, retroactive to July 1, 2022 through fiscal year 2024-2025.

-The Superintendent’s gross annual salary f or the period from July 1,2023 through December 31, 2023, is established at $285,000.00, pro-rated. Effective January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024, the Superintendent’s gross annual salary is established at $300,000.00, pro-rated
