The administrator set up the voy.com account and it is (s)he who sets the rules whether the rest of us like them or not. It is evident that (s)he is not going allow these multiple threads concerning the NECSD.

Several years ago (s)he stepped in to stop multiple threads concerning the NECSD, and as a result, one of the posters set up another voy.com account expressly for the discussion of NECSD. Unfortunately, the account no longer exists. The administrator of this account gave a couple of days for those interested in posting about the NECSD to set up a voy account for that purpose. Apparently no one has done so, and therefore there will be no voy.com accounts for anyone to post about NECSD.
