So a candidate's competency test? Are you serious? How does this have anything to do with Santos? Actually my point is proven with Santos. Any idiot with a party's support can get on a ballot. Again results don't bode well based on being able to collect random signatures. "Supporters"? You're pushing it. You must have never collected petitions signatures. Anyone who shows up at most doors can get them. It has nothing to do with support. Most people don't question a candidate that has their party name attached no matter who.
