Torrance will try and sell water to a well. He has no respect for those who work in the city, and disagree with his comments. The gestapo that runs the City, headed by venning, has done great financial things. But transparency in government, outside of finance, the Mayor, and the administration fall short. They only speak of trinkets, and capital improvement projects that should have happened long ago. Take time to continue the business of the city, and stop showboating what you think will get you votes! I welcome a change in leadership in the city, and are extactic to see what happens next, under a different council make-up, without Harvey.
