Questions that should be answered by those who are going to said conference. Their schedule for this trip should be made public as far as how much, who's going, and what are you doing when you get there!. For this much discrepancy, it's clear that information is compartmentalized, and a need to know basis is in effect. I hope this translates into voting. This is a textbook example of how the City government thinks of its citizens. Not to give basic information that should have been public knowledge.
